Commanding, though conviction mayhap varies
Know who you are, and know what you desire
All others bow in deference to this fire
Impulsive, forceful creature; that is Aries.
Determined beast roams through, in search of pleasures
Of precious goods and comforts of the touch;
Though you can tell one, you can't tell it much,
As steady Taurus toils for earthly treasures.
One moment animated and kinetic
The next they're quiet, mellow and withdrawn
For those who watch confusion lingers on
One word applies to Gemini: Magnetic.
Their thorny hides conceal a caring spirit,
Protective of their hearts, their friends and homes;
Their mood churns like the sea as Luna roams,
Speak softly to the Cancer to endear it.
Oh Mirror, Mirror, show us as you're bidden
And let the fairest take the center stage
No cat was ever happy in a cage
And no one keeps vivacious Leo hidden.
Discriminate and clever, never yearning,
In work and health, perfection they demand,
Yet by their own, or no one else's hand;
Efficient Virgo, modest and discerning.
This even handed spirit shows it's mettle
By weighing every side of what it sees,
Though that makes choices equal in degrees,
For thoughtful Libra, difficult to settle.
Inquisitive and keen, they seldom tarry,
And, ever forward, their own path they keep.
Though few will bare their hearts, their souls run deep,
Determined Scorpio: when crossed, be wary.
Their grace and wit, to others, can't be clearer
In strength and skill, they'll never miss their mark
But drama holds no self-returning arc;
To hide from Sagittarius, move nearer.
Industrious, pragmatic, and ambitious,
The ring of brass their motivating goal;
Though not emotive, they've a loyal soul;
To Capricorn, success is most delicious.
So many find their calm facade unnerving
And hope to catch this activist unmasked
Which may provoke the question to be asked:
Who is concerned Aquarius observing?
Compassionate and free, though introspective,
They often wear their hearts upon their sleeve.
Their dreams are liquid looms which always weave;
For Pisces, inner peace is the objective.
